Silhouette Hula

We were driving down the dirt road to Kawakiu Beach on Moloka`i when I first heard this song. KCCN had broadcast the beautiful recording by Nina Kealiiwahamana. Very soon, ukulele in hand, it became part of my repertoire. A silhouette hula is created when a dancer performs a hula behind a back-lit screen. My very special guest Gabe Baltazar on clarinet adds to the allure.
